Town Council approved a new outdoor entertainment district on Thursday night that lets residents purchase drinks to-go from licensed downtown businesses and carry them in official cups.
The district operates Thursdays through Saturdays (11 a.m. to 8 p.m.) and an updated noise ordinance was also passed.
