Lowcountry Bicycles, owned by Matt Bagnal, opened its Summerville store off Old Trolley Road in September 2025 and offers a wide selection of bikes from cruisers to e-bikes.

MUSC Health and Cigna extended their network participation agreement through June to help keep costs low for members.
The deal is expected to maintain stable access to healthcare for local patients.

Coastal Community Foundation has launched the $100 million Tri-County Housing Futures Fund to address the affordable housing shortage in Berkeley, Charleston & Dorchester counties.
The fund will support new, repaired, and financed homes and will make its first community investment by early 2027.
